Experienced Financial Adviser Administrator
Midlands Investment Agency – Independent Financial Adviser
Wolverhampton WV6 – OTE £32,000 to £36,000 a year – Full-time – Part-time, Permanent, dependant on experience and qualifications.
Founded in 1975 our company are experts in providing financial advice to business owners and wealthy families.
We currently provide financial planning advice to our clients who collectively have approximately £85 million of invested assets with us.
Our office is located in Tettenhall Wolverhampton, and our client service is delivered from this office.
The Average Day
Working from our modern fun offices in the picturesque area of Tettenhall Wolverhampton, alongside our other dedicated team members. The key role here is to help on board new clients, and assist the adviser with providing ongoing advice. FULL TRAINING WIL BE GIVEN
Core Roles
Your key tasks and responsibilities include the following:
- Adding new client data onto our back-office system
- Using Intelligent Office to manage your workflow
- Liaising with clients and providers
- Sending Letters of Authority, Transfers of Authority and following up with the providers
- Gathering information from providers
- Investment reviews and Attitude to Risk reviews
There will also be other tasks, as and when required to fulfil.
Other Considerations
Working closely with the Paraplanner and the team to help and assist them in the delivery of financial advice to clients.
Qualifications Required
Financial Advice qualifications are not essential – Experience is of more value and importance.
Softer Skills
You need to have a high level of both written and oral communication skills to be able to clearly demonstrate your understanding to colleagues and to be able to understand the workings of our financial advice systems (once learnt).
