On the 1st day of Christmas:

Kick back and relax with family and friends. It’s a good time to reflect on the good things that have happened in the last 12 months. It’s easy to forget what you have achieved as you prepare for the year ahead.

On the 2nd day of Christmas:

Think about what you would like to achieve next year in all areas of your life, family, holidays, work and even retirement! Write down your plans for year and look at it again this time next year. You’d be amazed at what you have achieved.

On the 3rd day of Christmas:

Think about what you don’t want to be doing next year! Yes, we all end up doing things we don’t want to do or things that other people want us to do. And add them to your list of what you are going to be doing.

On the 4th day of Christmas:

Plan, plan, plan for the year ahead. As you know my favourite saying “Fail to plan, plan to fail” Success is nearly always the result of having a plan.

On the 5th day of Christmas:

Between Christmas and New Year, is a great time for some house-keeping.  Getting things done that you’ve not got round to all year, as well as getting rid of what you don’t need.

On the 6th day of Christmas:

Sit down and work on that long term “bucket list.” At this time of the year the focus can be just on the next year. But what do you really want to be doing ion 5, 10, or 15 years from now.

On the 7th day of Christmas:

Be careful how much you spend over Christmas. It’s easy to get carried away as you are enjoying yourself over the holiday period. But for most of us, the chicken comes home to roost a few months later.

On the 8th day of Christmas:

On the flip side, don’t forget to give yourself a treat. After all the hard work over the last 12 months, it’s really important to celebrate to successes.

On the 9th day of Christmas:

Don’t forget those less fortunate than us. Even if your year has not turned out how you’d like, there is always someone less fortunate than you. Every Christmas, we have an “open door” for people we know, that may be on their own this Christmas.

On the 10th day of Christmas:

The festive season is a great to time reflect on what you have achieved and not just over the last 12 months. Its’ good to remember where you were 5 years ago and 10 years ago. You’d probably be amazed at what you have achieved.

On the 11th day of Christmas:

One of my favourites is to keep this thought in our minds. “Most of us over estimate what we can achieve in a year, but massively underestimate what we can achieve over the 3 years.”

On the 12th day of Christmas:

Finally, Christmas is about having some fun with family and friends and time to rekindle those friendships that have slipped over the years. Why not reach out to an old friend, you’ve not spoken to in a while

And finally, finally, I hope you have enjoyed my blogs this year, I’ve certainly enjoyed writing them. I look forward to seeing you all next year and wish you a Very Merry Christmas.

Strattera works good but my dose is too low. I am on 25 mg generic for amonth now with Atomoxetine https://thevantasticlife.com/order-strattera-no-adhd/. I want to see another doc about getting my script upped to 40 mg or 60 mg. I get tired sometimes too, but there is a creative energy I never had before, and productivity has been increased.
